10 Energies {air}
PRANA:Prana is the air we take in while breathing in. The function of Prana is respiration.
APANA:Apaana is the air we breathe out. Apana does excretion.
UDANA: Udaana is the air that discharges body impurities. Udana does deglutition (swallowing of the food). It takes the Jiva to sleep. It separates the astral body from the physical body at the time of death.
VYANA: Vyana is the air that moves throughout the body maintaining body pressure to perform body organ functions. Vyana performs circulation of blood.
SAMANA: Samana is the air that maintains equal pressure all over the body .Samana performs digestion.
NAGA:Burping. Naga also does hiccup.
KURMA: Blinking. Kurma performs the function of opening the eyes.
KRUKARA:Sneexing. Krukara induces hunger and thirst.
DHANANJAYA :Opening and closing of heart valves. Dhananjaya causes decomposition of the body after death.
DEVADUTTA.:Devadatta does yawning.

20. Nine Forms of Devotion
(1) śravaṇa (listening to ancient texts),
(2) kīrtana (praying),
(3) smaraṇa (remembering teachings in ancient texts),
(4) pāda-sevana (service to the feet),
(5) archana (worshiping),
(6) namaskar or vandana (bowing to the divine),
(7) dāsya (service to the divine),
(8) sākhyatva (friendship with the divine), and
(9) ātma-nivedana (self-surrender to the divine).
21. Six Systems of Indian Philosophy
Samkhya, an atheistic and strongly dualist theoretical exposition of consciousness and matter.
Yoga, a school emphasising meditation, contemplation and liberation.
Nyāya or logic, which explores sources of knowledge. Nyāya Sūtras.
Vaiśeṣika, an empiricist school of atomism.
Mīmāṃsā, an anti-ascetic and anti-mysticist school of orthopraxy.
Vedānta, the last segment of knowledge in the Vedas, or jñānakāṇḍa. Vedānta came to be the dominant current of Hinduism in the post-medieval period.
